QuestionI am now on to what I think is a healthy lifestyle and off of "fad diets". However, My thihgs are so fat that I literally sit up higher than most grown men. I hate it. People twice my weight dont sit up as high as I do. Is there anyway to slim down my thighs. My behind is relatively flat. I think my thighs are making me sit up high. Because I dont have short legs. Please Help.

There are two things that work most efficiently at getting a body to where it should be in muscle tone and weight 1. Walking. Just plain walking. 10-15 minutes just twice a day and if you can make it brisk, terrific! 2. Swimming. It's actually the number one exercise known, but since it's not always an option and you can walk just about anywhere.
Remember, you may just be built this way. If you look at your family and see others like you - you may be able to make some changes, but the overall genetics and body shape won't really change.
