Thanks for taking the time to read this.
Could you please let me know in your experience if there any food that are actually good fat burners that I can start incorporating into my diet?

Foods do NOT burn fat!!  The only thing that burns stored fat is aerobic exercise.  One should concentrate on eating healthy (www.mypyramid.gov), watching portion sizes, drinking plenty of water and exercising regularly to lose weight and/or maintain a healthy weight.  There is no magic pill or magic food that is going to miracously burn fat!  It takes work and committment to your goals!
