QuestionHello
I have a very unhealthy diet. I eat fast food/takeaway on a regular basis, get little exercise, eat very little fruit and veg, fizzy juice every day, processed food, high fat and sugary foods...i think you get the picture.
I really don't know where to begin in trying to start eating healthy food. I was also wondering about vitamins.
I was wondering if you could just give me some information on what I should be having, some expert advice would definetly help.
I am Male, 19 and i am slim, although i have started to put on weight the last few months.
Thanks for any help :)
AnswerHello Steven!
Thank you for your nutrition question. I would recommend checking out www.mypyramid.gov where you can create a healthy eating plan which is tailored to your calorie needs. Simply enter your age, gender, and activity level and it will give you a complete menu of what you should be eating and how much.
