I am a person who is really in a need of iron. I just found out that my amemia has come back in full force. I had it under control but in the past three to four weeks I started getting sick really bad and went to ER and they told me a was Anemic. It hit me harder this time then what it did when I found out I was anemic before. So if you could please give me names of as much food that you can find, think, or know of that has Iron in it. It would really be helpful. Thank you.
Answer -
Dear Amanda,
Spinach. Take a suppliment. WHY are you anemic? just food? I ate a lot of spinach, found out I was anemic, then I had a blood sucking tumor removed from uterous, and then I wasn't anemic.
