QuestionHi i am on a water Diet 2nd day and exercising around 4+ hours per day and was wondering how much i could lose on a 14 day period with a slow metabolism and where could i see the weight lost;;

AnswerThe only weight you'll lose is water, then muscle (which will slow your metabolism down) so that when you begin to eat again, you'll gain weight very fast by eating very little and the next time you try to lose it - it will be nearly impossible.
You're just slowing your metabolism down more and more.
The laxatives makes you a type of bulimic (believe me, it doesn't work). Your body will become dependent on them and again, believe me, there's nothing worse than having to take a pill/powder etc to have THAT happen. Plus, you increase your chances of some very serious conditions/disease.
I've been there (where you are), done that. Tried it all. I can PROMISE you - it just won't work. It ends up making you bigger than ever with the worst metabolism you can imagine.
BUT - I can offer you a solution. NO more dieting. NO products, plans or memberships. NO pills, powders or gimmicks.
Tell you what: Go ahead and mark your calendar and in 6 months when you find you're weight hasn't changed except to get worse - give me a thought again. If you follow the options I've got at my site, in that same 6 months you could easily be 30 or more lbs lighter AND eating anything you want!
