QuestionHi, I'm having a problem with my hair, its been thinning alot for the last few years & is becoming very noticable, the hairloss is all over my scalp. I went to see my GP a year ago who said it was due to stress. Since then I eat healthier, I cut out junk foods, fizzy drinks, coffee, alcohol and also reduced my intake of carbohydrates. As a result I've lost weight, I was 158lbs (11st) and am now 132lbs (9st6lbs), (my height is 5ft5"). My hair hasnt improved, I'm still losing hair, I've taking a vitamin B supplement with folic acid & brewers yeast for the last 6months, is there anything else I should be taking or eating that could stop my hair from falling out so much. I'm also a vegetarian, but I eat eggs.
Many Thanks
AnswerHello Neena!
There is a great product called Juice Plus+ on my website (www.juiceblend.com). It contains the nutrients of 17 different fruits and vegetables in capsule form. Our hair needs nutrients in order to stay strong and many of my patients have had great success when using Juice Plus for healthier hair. Why not give it a try for 4 months and see the results? Check out the website and let me know.
