QuestionHello.........My 43 year old wife is beginning to suffer from some sort of skin problem the doctors say is psoriasis. Patches of skin on her hands are often so dry that they split open slightly and bleed. There are also red patches under her armpits, under her breasts and on the back of her neck which her doctor says is also a form of psoriasis. The cremes they prescribed to her don't seem to make much difference.
She is overweight, doesn't get much exercise and is a borderline diabetic. I am someone who believes that the key to restoring her skin and over-all health is nutrition and exercise. I believe that the healthier you are inside will be reflected on the outside. I've heard stories about people who have cured some serious health problems by going with a super healthy lifestyle. Do you have any thoughts or suggestions? Thank You
AnswerHi Ed,
Mostly I agree with you, but it gets harder to do as one must work against a lot of chemicals around. But yes, be open to the power of an inteligently used fork and a body in motion.
Has she seen a skin specialist? I have an odd case of psoriasis in some nails that was misdiagnosed as a fungus infection for a decade, thanks to the insanity of advertising prescription meds.

Psoriasis is beleived to be genetic. I believe one's (postive, not wishing) thoughts are like magnets, and more powerfull than genes. Meditaion, visualization.
There was no diabetes before there was refined sugar. more at http://www.premiumfuel.com
