I have been searchin all over the internet to try and find a list of the amount of nutrients that they contain so that I can set a diet plan for myself. Packaged foods have the required information that I need to count carbs and calories but fresh foods such as vegetables meats and fish do not. I need a list so that I know the content of nutrients in these fresh foods. Are you able to provide me with this?
