I have heard for all my life that if you drink lots of water it will make you healthier, make your skin look healthier, and even help you lose weight. I am not a huge fan of water, but love tea. Since tea is mostly water, is it the same? Or, do you just have to have the water by itself for it to work?

Answer
Well depending on the tea it may have even more caffeine then coffee, and caffeine is a diuretic which mean you will need even more water.

Drink water, start with a little bit get a 24oz bottle and drink that during the day and then progress to more. Eventually you develop a thirst for water.
