AnswerHi Anna,
Okay girlfriend, change your thinking will change what you do, which will change how you look and feel.
You eat a lot because what you eat does not give you what you need. You feel tired because you don't get what you need, in terms of food and activity. Play - a body in motion having fun - generates energy, not drain it.
Dump the notions of dieting and exercise - scrimping, starving and boredom interupted with pain. Don't go hungry and don't count calories. Go for real food, and start moving - a total or 30 minutes a day, 5 minutes here, 10 minutes there, walk here, dance around, it's all good.
