I am a 15 year old Boy. I am very fat and the Largest in the group. My weight is 100+ and height id 5'8.I am not smart like my friends and eveyone tells that I look like a grown up man. I am having large chest like girls.
I cant solve this problem. Walking and Jogging is not working. My weight is increasing and my waiste is 42. Though i dont have a large stomach but the fats are distributed through out the body. I look shapelss and i cant sit in the Car with many people and i cant get through small gaps.
Tell me what should I eat and what should be my work out.

AnswerDear Saif, Please continue walking and jogging for at least 30 minutes or more per day. Your diet should consist of healthy fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, chicken, whole grain breads, lowfat dairy, and healthy fats like those found in salad oil and nuts. Count calories by reading the labels on the food package. Try to eat around 1800 calories per day eating all healthy foods. You should lose 1-2 pounds per week provided you walk or jog.
