QuestionHello, i've been having problems with fat around my stomach region and gradually i'm getting fat overall. It is not that i'm too fat already but i realise that if i don't do anything soon it might be too late. My age is 18, height is about 6 foots 1 inch and my weight is about 84Kgs. I realise that i eat a lot and my meals are normally do not follow a particular timing or routine. All the parts of my body are pretty fine except my stomach and i have also noticed increased fat on my face. It seems like its blowing.
I really dont know much about exercises so it would be really kind of you if you could explain me right from the beginning in details which would help me a great deal.
Hope you can help me out with this. Waiting for your response.
AnswerHello Sam!
Thank you for your nutrition question. In order to help you avoid gaining weight I would recommend trying out a whole food supplement called Juice Plus which is made from fresh fruits and vegetables. It can help you crave healthier foods and help your body burn calories more efficiently so that you don't put on extra pound. It comes in capsules, chewable, or gummies. The website for it is www.juiceblend.com
Along with Juice Plus I would recommend that you check out www.mypyramid.gov where you can create a healthy eating plan tailored to your calorie needs. It will tell you how many servings from each food group you should be eating.
Finally remember to perform some form of exercise for 30 -60 minutes daily such as bikeriding, walking, jogging, swimming and moderate weightlifting. If you perform a combination of these you will be burning extra calories that will help you keep the weight off.
