well i have a kindoff pot belly and i have decided to start dieting. my mom dieted and was around the same size as me now. after loosing all this weight off her stomach she has been left with saggy wobbily sking do you have any tips for me to make sure i dont get a belly like that thankyou!! from abbey

HI Abbey,

No refined sugar, no refined flour, lots of plain water, 30 minutes (total a day, not necessarily all at once) of breathing hard. Resistance training  once a week, (30 minutes of non-stop, slow motion exhausting each of 6 muscler groups) and the best body sculpting is Pilates.
