QuestionI have noticed lately that my circulation does not seem to be as good as it used to be. My hands frequently become mottled or kind of pale. What would cause this? I have a history of panic attacks - could that be it? Am I not eating enough protein? Not eating enough in general? My mother is anemic - could that be it? (I realize I need a blood test; I am just looking for some advice in the interim.) I just returned to graduate school and haven抰 been sleeping much - is that a possible cause? Any ideas and input would be appreciated.
AnswerHi
Not knowing your exact health condition -- do you exercise enough, for one thing? -- I can only give you a general advice.
For your history of panic attacks: learn more about breathing:

For your blood hemoglobin, eat more:
pomegranate or its juice
buckwheat
For better capillaries function, consume enough bioflavonoids, for example, from citrus fruits or supplement, e.g., Hesperidin.
