I need to gain weight ASAP

Hi,I am 19 years old and whole my life I was pretty skinny.Right now I am in the situation where I need to gain pretty big amount of muscle as fast as possible(i.e. get in a good physical shape),in 3 months longest. I am modeling and that's what I need to do for my career at the moment.
I would like to know how can I attain my goal in a short period of time.I know that I need to eat a lot and excercise regularly.Is there anything else that I need to know and do to attain my goal? Also I need my face to stay the same way as it is right now,I can't let it puff up.I've been told that I can't eat carbs after 12 p.m. in that case.Is that true?And if it is,I would like to know what are the products that have a high carb value so I can stay away from them after the given time.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Dear Steve, My speciality is helping overweight kids lose weight, not helping adults gain weight, but I do have some opinions on the matter. There are two ways to gain weight. The first and hardest way is by lifting heavy weights to breakdown your existing muscles and eating supplemental protein and calories to rebuild those broken down muscles. In the long run you gain muscle weight. If you do the right exercises, the muscles will be built even and the body will look great. The second way to gain weight is by eating excess foods especially carbs like pasta, bagels, potatoes, rice, fast food, and pizza to name just a few. These carbs usually cannot be burned right off and are stored as excess fat. To gain the weight I think you are looking to gain, you need to get to a personal trainer at a gym who specializes in bodybuilding. Try to make a deal with the trainer or the gym, maybe use you as advertising for their own business in return for their expertise.
