QuestionHi, I've been trying to get rid of the extra weight I gained during the time I was pregnant.I had gained 30kg and so far lost 25kg. But for the last year I cannot seem to lose those extra 5kg. Right now I am on a 1200 calorie diet, and try to keep my carbs at 50 grams, but those 5kg won't budge. Are there any sports/exercises that I can do at home to help?
AnswerHi Dina,
It is important to know your fat distribution and fat percent. If those 5 kg concentrate around your middle, and if you are fit enough, you might want to try interval training (see references below) - or, you might want to consume _more_ calories including "good" fats' calories, but less carbohydrates.
