QuestionK my name is kira i am 15 years old, i weigh around 145, and im 5'4". I am not exceedingly overweight but i still don't feel comfortable in a bathing suits or even in clothes. I feel i have to wear t shirts that are a lil big for me just so i can try and hide my love handles. I have big love handles and i cant seem to get rid of them. i am on a softball team and practice for hours a day and then go home and dance, so i am pretty active. but its not my excercise thats the problem, i just seem to eat too much. i want to know how i can lose around 30 pounds in the next 2 months, even if its a little unhealthy. My sister says she lost weight by eating one salad a day and excercising everyday. So can you help me figure out how i can lose my love handles and make me have smaller thighs and flat stomach? Look at the serving size of the food you eat and the calories that are contained in that serving size and keep track of the total on paper. Stay under 1500 per day and you will lose weight.
