QuestionI've been working out for two hours 3 -4 times a week(cardio 35 min, weight lifting 1 hour and 25 min, but have not lost but 4 pound, along with working out i have been on a very healthy diet 160 g of protein and 160 g carbs and 40 g of fat per day, i'm 5'5 and 180 lbs. Is there anything i can ask my Dr. to check to make sure there is nothing medically wrong with me?

Before you go getting a doctor's advice on something that may not be required let's try the following...
On the surface it looks as though you are getting the right quantity of protein and carbs etc. The question is, what quality are you getting? What do you eat on a regular basis, and what do you drink regularly?
Also, is it just the weight you're concerned about? How does your body look in terms of excess fat? Let me know your waist measurement and I'll tell you your bodyfat %.
