QuestionHistorically, I have purchased vegetable and fruit juces in upscale markets. I always read labels in regard to content!
If I purchased and used an electric food juicer, would this greatly improve the quality of my juce drinks?? And, do you have a brand suggestion.
Thank YOU in advance for your support.

AnswerBob,
The simple answer is 'the closer you get to the farm, the better'. That means, if you are going to juice fresh fruits and veggies yourself it is almost guaranteed to be of higher nutritional value - unless the juices are fortified with extra nutrients. But if you are eating plenty of fruits and veggies and taking a good mult-vitamin this is not really a concern.
I don't really have any brand suggestions but I suspect that as long as it holds up your OK. The one consideration is that you want to get as much of the fruit and veggie in the juice as possible. You don't want one that removes most of the pulp because this is were all the fiber is.
Hope this helps.
