1. Vitamin B Complex
2. Omega 3
3. Multivitamin
I have few specific question.
1. Should I take all the vitamins? Synthetic is better or natural . Will it be good to take nutrilite brand or can you suggest me some good natural brand.
2. Which fruits can I take.
3. I am veggies. Can I do it without non veg.
4. Is it true that right nutrition can treat OCD.
AnswerAll three of the vitamin supplements that you mentioned are good for practically everyone. You would be doing well to take them. Multivitamins supply a wide range of nutrients while Vitamin B-Complex focuses on the vitamins we lose during stress. Omega-3 helps many aspects of the body's health including mental properties. As far as a brand of vitamins, you should stick with natural vitamins and try to get one that is food-based, meaning it is made from food rather than rocks, etc.
You can eat all fruits and vegetables. Try them in juices if you don't like eating them. Avoid sugars and processed foods.
Nutrition has been shown to be helpful in a wide range of illness from cancer to ADD. There is no reason to think that it would not be helpful for OCD.
Thank you for your questions, AG. I hope that my answers are helpful.
