Questionmy face is not very chubby but it is pretty chubby. i want a more masculine look
to my face or atleast a more thinner face. i have a baby face and i hate it.
how can i get rid of it??? i dont want an answer saying " well maybe your just
insecure or maybe you can change your style and youll look better. ive heard
enough of that and now i want to know how i can get rid of this fat face.

Unfortunately it is impossible to spot reduce fat from just one area of your body. If it were possible then people who chewed gum would have skinny faces, or people who typed all day would have skinny fingers. HOWEVER, you can reduce the chubbiness of your face but it means reducing body fat everywhere.
Take a moment, look at your belly and tell me if you can pinch more than an inch of fat. If so, then you have body fat to lose. Everytime my body fat gets low, my face becomes quite thin. Most people who come to my facilities say that their friends and family noticed their weight loss in their face. If you reduce your body fat through a reduction in caloric intake and a regular exercise routine you will see a noticeable change in your face.
One other recommendation would be to incorporate weight lifting. The process of lifting a weight that takes a significant effort will engage the muscles of the face. Next time you see someone lifting something heavy take a look at their face. They will most likely grimace. The engagement of your facial muscles through repeated weight lifting sessions will help build the musculature of the face. There are 10 groups of muscles in the human face, and these determine the shape and appearance from the scalp down to the jaw line. You mentioned having a baby face, and the weight lifting will help sculpt a more masculine appearance.
So, you can reduce the fat on your face by focusing on reducing the fat on your body in general and it will come from not only your abdomen but also your face, or anywhere that you have fat. Have you seen any of these before and after photos of people who have lost weight. Take a look at their face and you will see they lost weight there as well! And you can do it too.
