Supplementing with Whey Protein Powder & Kidneys

Question
Hi Susan,

I'm a bodybuilder. I train 3 days a week for only 60 minutes per day. I'm on a protein rich diet which includes eating everyday:
- 2 cans of Tuna Fish
- 500 ml Skimmed Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 2 table spoons of Honey
- 1 serving of Broad Beans
- 1 serving of rice
- 9 oz Chicken Breast (or Red Meat)
- 2 pieces of Whole grain Toast
- 1 cup of Yogurt
- 80 grams of Whey Protein Powder
- 12 glasses of Water
- 2 Apples
- 2 Bananas
- Some Vegetables

distributed among 5 to 7 meals per day every 2 to 3 hours.

Please advice if this protein rich diet has anything to do with kidneys problems or may make future threats of creating stones in Kidneys due to the consistency on this diet. Please also take into consideration that I'm a bodybuilder who needs this amount of Protein to reach massive muscle gains. Please reply ASAP.

thanks,

Answer
Hi Ahmed,

Your body can use a small amount of protein, say the amount in one can of tuna, PER DAY, which is full of mercury and should be eaten once a week max, and the excess protein damages your kidneys in different ways, and other damage. You do not convert meat to muscle, you make your own protein from the amino acids that are in almost everything.

Most effective muscle making moves are a non-stop 30 minute ritula done ONCE A WEEK.
