Just a quick question!  I am 22 yr male, and recently cut drinking beer ALOT to lose some of that freshman 15 I am gaining.  All is good, but I have a question about frozen pizza.  Is this a bad food to eat? I want to sculpt my body to at least look a little muscular.  Is frozen pizza hard on the body as far as fattening..or is it ok to eat as long as i keep up daily exercise? Thanks!

I'm afraid that the answer is not what you'd like to hear.  Frozen pizza is not a good food to eat as far as fattening.  It has a lot of fat from the cheese and meats.  In addition, it has partially hydrogenated oils and tons of chemicals just like most processed foods.  Look at the nutrition label on the pizza box and see how much fat is in there.  You'll be surprised.  Check out the ingredients list as well.  A good rule of thumb is - if you can't pronounce it, you probably don't want to put it in your body.  Fruits and vegetables can be a great snack.  Stir-fry cooking uses fresh veggies and can help you get trim.
