QuestionCan I 'make up' for days that I HUGELY binged by eating an extremely reduced calorie diet for a couple of days??
My grandparents are in town, so I've had GIGANTIC rich meals shoved down my throat constantly. And I've been doing a good job, except these past two days. I actually ate until I was in pain on both occasions! It's depressing. So I was wondering if I could eat something like 800 calories for a couple days to make my overall calories for the week 'right' again? What do you think? I don't want to do anything dangerous!
AnswerDropping so low in calories will actually slow your metabolism. It would be better to eat just slightly less than normal and increase your exercise intensity for a couple of days to burn the excess calories.
Thank you for your question, Adriana. I hope that my answer was helpful.
