My wife has suggested me to take a good natural supplement of GNC which has probiotics ( Good bacteria) but she wants your opinion. She feels my digestion is very poor ( I pass lot of gas).
Will it be good for me to take probiotic supplement which will help me digestion.
My wife doesn't want me to take laxatives.

please suggest

Answer
I agree with your wife's advice to add some probiotics.  I would also recommend trying some senna tea; adding some yogurt with acidophilus and other live bacteria cultures; cutting back on cheeses and other dairy products.

Serotonin is directly related to digestion and the movement of the bowels, known as peristalsis.  It's not surprising that SSRIs would be bothering your bowel movements.  Try the recommendations individually or in combination until you find what works for you.

Thank you for your question, AG.  I hope that my answer was helpful.
