hello im cory and im 16, at 6 am i run or bike then at about 3 i play hockey for 30 min. I then take a protien shake. After that i workout and do yoga.  What drinks of food should I take pre and post workout and at what time should I take them.

Congratulations on having a good workout routine and an interest in your health.

I typically recommend eating complex carbohydrates like whole-grain breads or cereals at least 30 minutes before a workout.  Eat low-fat protein like chicken or fish 20-30 minutes following the workout to replace the damaged muscle tissue.
