In 12 days, there is not enough time to start a dietary overhaul, and you did not ask for one.
So, if you are going for the biggest results in the shortest time, I would get right to the core of what makes our tissue stay where it is.
a) I would schedule a NET session (neuro-emotional technique) ... find a practitioner at www.netmindbody.com
to determine what emotions are collecting tissue in various areas of my body. This practitioner can use muscle testing to determine this, and then also release the emotions that are supporting the extra tissue in certain areas.
b) the less expensive route would be deep tissue massage to get the toxins out of the tissue and push out the water from the areas that you mention.
c) find an outfit that looks great with the body you have.
I do not recommend fasting, diet pills, excess exercise, or other drastic, and in my opinion, unhealthy efforts to change appearance.
