QuestionHi.. I am recovering from an eating disorder (well, I have been in recovery for a little over a year now), and everyone says I'm making great progress. I see a nutritionist and everything, so this is really just to calm my fears and talk... I was anorexic for about 8 months and then snapped out of it, but it swung to binge eating, and I've been dealing with that for about a year now. I am 5'2", and my highest weight ever at 115.5 pounds. My goal is to be HEALTHY, and attain my natural weight through "Intuitive Eating" (eventually) but for the time being, I just want to work on stablizing my meals so I don't binge... the Nutritionist helps me with that, but this week has been a nightmare!...
I will have consumed 18,000 calories by the end of the week, and only burned about 4,000 through exercise (that is a lot to burn through exercise, I know, and I was "overexercising" so my body's cravings were all out of whack again)... but I just want to know what you think the "damage" (aka weight gain) might be... am I looking at upwards of 3 pounds? I'm very scared, school starts on Monday and everyone will see... ugh.
