QuestionI just bought a shaklee protein dirnk. It's called cinch soy shake mix.. Was very tastie. Paid $74. for two cans. Each can has 15 servings. You have two drinks a day. Well you can see my problem. This will add up fast. I need a good drink befor I go out in the morning to help get up those hills.

Try purchasing a good whey protein powder. Whey is digested much easier by your body than soy protein. Whey is also a great immune system booster. It is not the protein that boosts energy- it's the carbohydrates. Try mixing a cup of fresh strawberries or bananas (or any combination of fresh fruit) and maybe a tablespoon of hemp oil (for the omega fatty acids and tastes very good) with whey protein and either diluted fruit juice or any milk of your choice.
Experiment with different nut milks. Almond milk is very good. You may also find oat milk or others at your local health food store out on-line. Though soy does have health benefits it is best to keep your diet flexible and varied. You can also find hemp oil at health food stores.
This shake will keep your pocket book safe and provide you with energy for those hills. Experiment with the flavor and you will get it right!
