Hey im amy im 17 fixin to be 18!
I think im fat i mean i have a belly and thick thighs but im not a big frame person but im 5'2 130 pounds how many cals do i need a day to  lose weight? i dont know how many i eat now? lol but i want to firn up my thighs and my belly i think my thighs are flabby thats my inner thigh what can i do at home? i have a bad hip so i cant run or walk alot? but if i do like 50 sqauts everyday will that help firm my thighs? and 50 situps firm my belly? and will i still be flabby when i lose weight cause my doc. said i could lose to 110 pounds and still be in good health! PLEASE HELP ME!! ive wanted tolose weight for years i hate my body!!!and my dad died a week ago so i know i eat more now cause im stessed.. Please help..GOD BLESS YOU!!

Dear Amy, If you saw your doc, why didn't you get a eating plan from him/her, or a dietician consult? Doctors can do that for you. Try to eat 1500-1800 calories per day and do a cardio exercise like walking for at least 30 minutes per day. Sit ups will tighten your abdominal muscles and make them appear smaller, but the squats on the other hand can be heavy duty and might make your thighs and buttock muscles bigger and thicker, it really depends on your genetics.
