body building without gym in home


Question
i am a boy of 5-11and my weight is 54kgs.i want to build up muscles without going to gym.so please tell me about diet and relevent excercise.

Hi Arvind,

Thank you for choosing all experts. I apologize in advance for the time it took to reply. First, eat plenty of fresh vegetables, fruit and either wheat or rye bread. Drink plenty of milk avoid carbonated drinks such as soda and avoid coffee.
If you smoke, cut back as much as possible. Fresh scrambled eggs are good. Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Have a snack
(preferrably fresh fruit and or salad) between each meal. Gatorade and Powerade is probably two of the best drinks to consume whilst working out and or snacking.

As for the workout. Please reply with more information on what muscles you would like to develop and or define.

I will be more than willing to help you with this, however, I would strongly recommend that you consult your primary care physician and or clinical nutritionist before starting this or any fitness program. If you have consulted them prior or still wish to continue, feel free to reply.
