First, let's do some math. To lose one pound, you should create calorie deficit of 3500 Cal. To lose 30 pounds you should take 30 times 3500, which is 1 million 50 thousands Cal. or, in your case, it's 17,500 Cal. to burn every day until November 15.
Even if you start a complete water fast with no calories coming into your body, you have to burn those calories off, right? To burn 17,500 Cal. a person weighing 235 lb. should be running at 10 mph for 10 hours every day while eating nothing. Basketball burns less so you would have to play for 20 hours every day to achieve your goal. Sounds unrealistic!
