Questionhey doc,
i will try to be as brief as possilbe, i am a 35y, former college athlete(basketball) that throughout my college years(1990-1995) was never overweight, in fact, underweight!(weighed 185-215lbs) in a 6'6"frame. towards the end of my college days, i noticed i was putting on some extra lbs.,but nothing to get worried about, like i said i was very skinny at the time, any extra weight would of helped me. but in 1996, i was diagnosed with myastenia gravis(neuro condition) and have been put on various medications since, as well as, operations(thymectomy). one of the medications(predisione) i been on for what seems like eternity, has bulked me up over 80 lbs. in the last decade and there's nothing i can do about it! i tried diets, exercise, and counseling. nothing works and i am considering surgery(i hope it does not come to that).could you please tell me what steps i can take to remedy this problem, what diet should i follow or exercise regiment i need to take to lose maybe 50 to 60 lbs. of this belly fat(that's where it all seems to be).
AnswerHi Jermaine,
I'll be frank and honest up front with you. I have had no experience of any diets or eating plans that have helped people with severe medical conditions, apart from Herbalife.
That is why I now distribute their products and help people around the world to understand how to control their health forever.
I would need to know some more about yourself and am confident that we can get you beck on track, like so many of my other clients.
You can give me the details I require at www.thinkslimntrim.org and then I can contact you to discuss this further.
Throughout I would encourage you to keep active and incorporate some resistance workouts, and reduce the intake of tea/coffee/wheat/dairy, and increase the intake of veg/water/lean protein.
I have a suspicion that is could be the thymectomy that is the main cause but we won't know for sure until we've been through a more detailed discussion.
Hope to be helping you get the results you want very soon
All the best
Nevil
