Questioni have been doing exercise everyday. but am confused about my abs workout. is it better to do the front and sides abs workout every alternate day. means one day front and one day sides abs workout. or there is no difference even if u workout on both front and sides everyday. please answer. thanks!!

In short, there is no extra advantage on doing them on different days. What you should be focusing on is HOW and WHAT exercises you do. Simple crunches and sit ups and obliques do not really help that much. If you want a truly defined mid section, that is also very healthy and strong, then do you exercises VERY SLOWLY and with RESISTANCE.
