Thanks for the question. Aerobic is probably the best.
Try getting in a push up position (back straight, feet and arms shoulder width apart) and lift your left leg towards your right hand. Hold it there for thirty seconds. Then place it back next to your right leg. Do this with each leg. It builds your butt muscles and your stomach muscles (it also helps with stomach definition). As you get more tone, you will be more prepared to increase the amount of time you do push ups. Any exercise should not be measured by how many you do, but how long.
