Question
I take 5 big glasses each day.  Does that affect my health?  In addition, I take multivatamins from USANA.  Will that affect my health?

Answer
While milk is a good source of protein, calcium, and fats, too much of anything can be harmful over a long period of time.  Too much milk can result in developing kidney stones.  You might try reducing your consumption to 3 glasses a day.

The same is true about multivitamins.  Because of our poor diets, it is necessary to take a multivitamin supplement to keep our bodies supplied with the proper nutrients. However, too much can be harmful.  Studies have shown that overuse of some vitamins can cause an increase in the occurrence of cancer.  So stick with the recommended daily dosage and you'll be fine.
