QuestionHey there. I have been attempting to gain weight over the last few months. I am 20 years old, i weigh 145lbs, i am 5'10''. I have been using calorie drinks and eating much more regularly and fully, and have been working out in the gym on a regular basis. lifting weights, etc... I have gained 7 pounds over the last month and a half. I have been considering some kind of whey protein or something of that nature. Could you give me some pointers or a product you can point me towards.

sorry for the wait. For protein, egss and plenty of vegetables and starches are a good choice. As a general rule, breakfast foods are always the healthiest choice.
Try to avoid friend foods. Lean towards baked foods with low sodium and no fat.
