Have you ever heard of this product and if so, do you know anything about it.

Hi Linda,
I've never heard of it, but I did some quick research. It doesn't look too bad, though there's nothing magical about it. I would just use it when you don't have access or time to get to a meal.
With 5g of sugar for every 100 calories, it's probably a little higher than it needs to be (assuming you're looking for weight loss). Also, it's predominately soy protein, which I would prefer people getting more protein from whey or casein protein in powder form. That's not to say the product is bad, it can be part of an overall sound nutritional program.
