QuestionIn weight loss, while taking Bontril under Doctor supervision, can it be intergrated with Phentramin-d?
AnswerHi Lynette,
I was originally going to say that I couldn't answer this question, though you still may want to seek further advice.
The Phentramin-d is something that I would definitely discuss with your doctor before taking. But in my opinion, it's not going to do anything for weight loss. As an over the counter supplement, it will fall into the category of every other hyped up "fat loss" pill, where it delivers little to no results. While some can be potentially harmful, others just pose a harm to one's checking account. As for Phentramin, I'm not sure if it will be harmful or not without knowing the full list of ingredients.
Before considering any over the counter supplement, I would first want to take a look at ones nutrition and exercise routine, as this can and will in almost 100% of cases be the sure way to reach successful long-term weight loss. The trouble is finding a qualified individual who can educate the person on what proper nutrition is and how to perform the correct exercise routines to ensure success.
If you want further help beyond information on the supplement as it relates to nutrition or exercise feel free to email me
