Questionhi im 20 and i will be turning 21 in june at the end and i wanna lose 65 pounds by then i weigh 204 and i am 5'4 how can i do it. also i don't understand why i gain so weight i barely eat i know on a average day i only about 1000 calories a day.

By NOT concentrating on how much you can lose in weight, you will achieve your best bodyshape and health. This is because it is your bodyfat that counts.
Getting rid of excess fat and retaining lean muscle is the secret to weight management.
Supplementing with vitamins and minerals will then give you great health.
Obviously, you will need to drink plenty of water and do some regular exercise!
As for why you gain weight on 1000 cals...it is because you may be starving your body of nutrition and so it tries to cling onto any and all fats/sugars, as it thinks it will not be fed properly for ages- your body is trying to survive!
