Questionhow do i get smaller legs?
my legs is like sooo big!!! the lower part of my leg is like bigger than most guys!! and i'm a girl
i've been struggling with big thighs since i ever even notice my body(10th grade). i did exercise before and diets and stuff but nothing seem to work!!
except for one time when i was starving myself and did very less exercise so the muscle would go away but that's unhealthy. and it didn't work all that well either.

First I want to commend you on realizing that starving yourself isn't a good thing.
As for your question, the key is to lower your body fat percentage so that you can reduce the size of your legs. However, you might be likely genetically predisposed as to having slightly larger calves than other females. It's hard to say without being able to see you. What is your current weight, height and body fat %?
Sometimes we all have to accept certain things about ourselves that we may not necessarily like, but our genetics make it that way.
Just focus on eating the right foods and exercising (both weight training and cardio).
