Questionso my stomach is not huge or anything but it does have somewhat of a thick layer of fat that i really want to get rid of and hip hop abs looks like a fun workout and something that i could stick to and something that would work and i was wandering if you have experience with it or advice about it. And if it works or anything, i would really love to here what you have to say. Im fifteen years old and a freshman, incase you have to know. And if you have advice on what to eat and what not to eat. Your advice is much appreciated. Also if you ahev any tips on healthy lunches that i can actually take to school in a paper bag would be so helpfull. Thanks for everything you do and thanks for reading my question!
AnswerHi Jessica,
I can't help you on hip hop abs as I've never come across that one! Any exercise that involves using your whole body is going to be good for fat loss. If you can do some weights, then even better.
As for food- the simplest and most used way is a nutrition shake- you can check them out at www.thinkslimntrim.org/shoponline
Generally speaking, have meals that consist of fresh veg and some form of protein such as chicken/fish/lean meat/eggs. Drink plenty of water and snack on fruit. the occasional treat will not affect your bodyshape but lots of bread/pasta/and wheat products will.
Hope this is a start for you.
All the best
