QuestionHi there! I am 20 and my fiance is 22. We will be getting married on February 9th which is exactly 73 days away. Time until our wedding is getting shorter and shorter and we want to, BUT I NEED TO lose weight before that day!!! I bought and received Turbo Jam Workout Plan yesterday so that what we're going for workouts. We have been looking up a lot of healthy eating plans and they are all SO TIME CONSUMING, with WEIRD foods I've never heard of. We need a very simple but very healthy eating plan. We arent looking to diet, we're looking to eat healthy and change our lifestyle. Please help!!

I'm not familiar with turbo jam, but hopefully it includes cardio (intervals) and some weight training that changes the routine to provide optimal weight loss.
As for the nutrition. I'll try to keep it simple.
1. eat breakfast
2. eat breakfast (yes, it's that important)
3. eat every 3 hrs
4. include in each meal/snack a protein source along with some carbs
proteins- chicken breast, fish, or other seafood, fat free dairy
carbs- veggies (variety), fruits (ideally way more veggies than fruit for fat loss), and add in some oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat pasta, potatoes sparingly thru the day as your carb source
Basically eat foods that are as close to nature as possible, typically the more processed they are, the less good they are for us.
