QuestionHi! people have said that weight lifting will help you bulk up and lose weight. i doing weight training right now, but i've been lifting over 2 months now and i haven't lost any weight or bulked up. my main purpose to lift is to lose weight, but neither have happend. please tell me what i have to do in weight training to actually lose weight and bulk up. (more importantly is to lose weight.) i've been doing the exercises 3 sets of 10, 8, 6. no change. please tell me what i have to do so i can lose weight most importantly and help bulk up. thank you!!!

Losing weight and bulking up are counterproductive.
Muscle weighs 4 times as much as fat. If you put on muscle mass (bulk ) then your weight will go up.
Weight should never be the focus (as you've now realised). Instead, concentrate on measurements and see how the inches are changing as well as the bodyfat %. That will truly give you the best information.
Very importantly though, is that you eat the right foods to support what you are doing. Without that there is no hope.
