hi my 19 years old and i will be turning 20 in July so i was wondering can you tell me how i can lose 70 pound by then. P.S i don't have a way to the gym so how else can i work out and will i have saggy skin.

No excuses! You can do this, and you need to think in terms of changing your life, changing your habits for life. The notion is to BE HEALTHY, not just some number on a scale. You do not need a stinky noisey gym, just move! To your own music, just walk, climb stairs, every minute in motion counts, here and there is fine. Just rack up 30 minutes a day, minimum.
