QuestionI'm currently doing LA Weightloss and they "councelors" are always saying that I shouldnt be eating the same things everyday. My question is: Can eating the same foods everyday or 2 or 3 days in a row affect weightloss?

Absolutely incorrect! You should be eating a WIDE variety of healthy foods in order to number one get a wide range of nutrients in your diet. Number two- what about boredom? We need to keep food exciting and experiment with different tastes and cooking styles to keep eating fun and rewarding!
I always recommend buying a good vegetarian cookbook to learn different ways to cook numerous veggies. It is also neat to use cooking styles of different cultures such as true oriental, middle eastern, Indian... they all have wonderful recipes for good healthy foods.
Go for variety! You can do this and lose weight and stay healthy!
