You will somehow have to find in yourself to break your junk food habit!
Start by eating high fiber foods such as veggies and fruits, nuts, and whole grains to fill you up and reduce appetite.
When you are hungry for a snack try a piece of fruit and a handful of walnuts. If you like guacamole try dipping baby carrots. Avocados are filling and nutritious.
Try plain or vanilla yogurt topped with toasted wheat germ or milled flax seed and add fresh blueberries. This will give you a sweet and fiber filled snack.
For a beverage try a fresh lemon squeezed in seltzer water with stevia as a sweetener.
