QuestionI am 17 years old and i weigh 100 pounds, i have always been skinny. I am a compulsive eater, but i don't gain any weight. I have visited the doctor a number of times but he says that the weight will come when its time. I don't have any medical condition i just have a hard time gaining weight. It is necessary for me to gain weight, i need to 107 to join the military. I also run track, with all that cardio it is difficult to keep calories. How can i gain weight safely?
AnswerHi Joleesa,
The question of gaining muscle mass (you don't want to gain fat, right?) is a tough one and requires serious study on your part. I can help you with reading suggestion: luckily for you, there are quite a few very reliable sources offering programs with proven success. In two words, its like this: eat _right_ foods and do _right_ exercises.
