QuestionDear Dan,
I reviewed your answers, you are wonderful.
Here are couple of more quetions from your answer:
1. You said no eating between 6-6:30, I assume the dinner should be served before 6pm, right? What about after 6:30, can I eat some fruits if I am hungry?
2. For the vitamin brand, you mentioned life extendtion. Is it xtended life? Also, what do you think about swansonvitamin.com? They seem pretty professional.
3. You suggest eating walnuts as snack. What about Macadamia nuts and Almond? I reasearched them, seems like they have more nutrition than walnuts.
thanks
AnswerHello Sabrina,
In general you should not eat after 6. If you are really hungry, fruit from time to time is o.k. If it is late, and you are hungry- you may just need to go to bed.
The brand is Life Extension (LEF.org). If you are interested in supplements There is brand called Isotonix (www.marketamerica.com/alkalinenutrition) on my site which I highly recommend, very bioavailable in a very short time. I am not familiar with swansonvitamin.
Walnuts and almonds are very good sources of essential fatty acids (EFA)- omega-3. Macadamia nuts are also good. Brazil nuts are high in selenium, hazelnuts and chestnuts are low in fat. Milled flax seeds are also great for EFA and fiber.
Thank you for your nice comment!
