QuestionHi- I am trying to diet and I'm not losing anything. I drink about two 20 oz bottles of diet soda a day. Someone told me that after a while of drinking diet soda my body will begin to process it as if it had sugar in it rather then a calorie free artificial sweetener. Is this true? Is this why I am gaining weight?
AnswerShulamis,
Soda of any kind will affect fat loss so just ditch it and replace with water or green tea. I have a product called LiftOFF that is available from www.thinkslimntrim.org/shoponline
It is an energy drink that is totally healthy! It's used by the top beach volleyball players and professional sports people.
Ditching the soda is only going to give you a small part of the fat loss. You must concentrate on what you eat and have regularly balanced meals that are low in bread/pasta/potato/sugars and high in lean meats and veg.
Hope this helps
